The last full week of winter is now behind us and grooming activities will be totally dependent on weather conditions. John N. got the BR-110 running and hit the trails hard on Friday. Pete and Aaron followed up w/ the Skandics and the trails were in good to great shape by Saturday am. By mid-day Saturday the trails were back to their original condition. We repeated the cycle Saturday night and the trails were good again on Sunday only to degrade due to heavy traffic, sun and warm temps.
We will continue to groom as conditions permit and there is still base to work with. If we get snow on Wednesday and Thursday our season will be extended. If the snow turns to rain we are near the end. Game plan ..... play it day to day.
