Grooming Update December 14th:
We lost some of the old snow from last week but replaced it with new snow on Thursday giving a total of about six to eight inches on the ground.  On Saturday we groomed from Mt. Market to Oak Mt. to try and help the wet areas freeze up.  Many sleds were riding from the Village to Perkins and the Town's BR-110 was seen in Perkins Clearing panning the trails.  Trail C4 on Page Hill was barely covered so we elected to groom only in the Village and not make the trip to Perkins.  In addition, we used Village Rental's new John Deere 4 wheel bucket loader to remove the massive snow banks blocking the trail between Mt. Market and Village Motel.  A quick pass w/ the BR-60 and the trail was perfect.
We will hold off on grooming until we get another storm and more snow.
